For all unopened or unused or undamaged products in their original, undamaged packaging, just carefully pack and ship the products back to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (customer pays return s/h). Our product returns address is as follows:

In the rare case that a shipped product is damaged beyond its safe usage, such as a broken tote and/or broken dolly, then please contact us immediately upon delivery so we
can solve the issue. If it is determined that the fault lies with our shipment or shipper, then they will pay for replacement and you will be immediately issued a new product.
Any customer who files repeated damage claims in a six month period, will be subject to a loss of their account purchasing privileges with Grizzly Tote™, unless and again the
damage to any product is determined to rest squarely on the shoulders of the shipping company. This is why we have insurance on all customer orders, so we can prevent this
