What locations do you currently serve?

Lincoln and Omaha, NE, and surrounding areas. If outside these zones, please contact us.

What days are delivery and pickup?

Lincoln: Monday thru Saturday 9 am-5 pm. Contact us for other needs.

Omaha: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 3pm.

Is there a charge for delivery and pickup?

No, the delivery and pickup are FREE, as long as the pickup and drop off are in Lincoln and Omaha, NE. If outside these zones, please contact us.

What types of payments do you accept?

Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover.

Is there a cancellation fee?

An order cancellation that is made within 24 hours prior to the day of delivery is subject to a 25% fee of the selected rental package that is billed to the customer’s credit card.

What if I miss my delivery driver?

Delivery or pick-up that is missed or cancelled the day of the scheduled time is subject to a 50% fee of the selected rental package, which is billed to the customer’s credit card. Call us if you have scheduling conflicts.

How do I rent Grizzly Totes?

Step 1: Select a tote rental package.

Step 2: Choose your location and delivery date.

Step 3: Sit back and wait for your totes to arrive.

We’ll call or text you within 24–48 hours to verify your order, and we’ll also send a reminder as your rental end date approaches.

How do I return the totes?

We’ll pick up your totes at the end of your rental. Before pickup, be sure to:

- Shake out the totes to remove any loose particles

- Wipe them clean and check the bottom for debris

- Remove any tags

- Stack totes neatly on level ground, no higher than 20 totes

Per our Terms & Conditions, totes must be cleaned before return to avoid additional charges.

Do you accept phone call rentals?

Yes we can setup your order through a phone call, but we prefer you to schedule online.

Does my payment information get retained on this site?

No. By design, the payment gateway gives the information directly to the payment processor. We design our payment gateway plugins to ensure credit card data never enters or passes through our website’s database.

Can I keep the totes longer than my rental period?

Yes, depending on the package you rented there is an additional charge for extra weeks, and also an extension deadline. Please refer to pricing, terms and conditions.
