No, the delivery and pickup are FREE, as long as the pickup and drop off are in Lincoln and Omaha, NE. If outside these zones, please contact us.

An order cancellation that is made within 24 hours prior to the day of delivery is subject to a 25% fee of the selected rental package that is billed to the customer’s credit card.
Delivery or pick-up that is missed or cancelled the day of the scheduled time is subject to a 50% fee of the selected rental package, which is billed to the customer’s credit card. Call us if you have scheduling conflicts.
Step 1: Select a tote rental package.
Step 2: Choose your location and delivery date.
Step 3: Sit back and wait for your totes to arrive.
We’ll call or text you within 24–48 hours to verify your order, and we’ll also send a reminder as your rental end date approaches.
We’ll pick up your totes at the end of your rental. Before pickup, be sure to:
- Shake out the totes to remove any loose particles
- Wipe them clean and check the bottom for debris
- Remove any tags
- Stack totes neatly on level ground, no higher than 20 totes
Per our Terms & Conditions, totes must be cleaned before return to avoid additional charges.
Yes we can setup your order through a phone call, but we prefer you to schedule online.
No. By design, the payment gateway gives the information directly to the payment processor. We design our payment gateway plugins to ensure credit card data never enters or passes through our website’s database.

Yes, depending on the package you rented there is an additional charge for extra weeks, and also an extension deadline. Please refer to pricing, terms and conditions.
